Gift Certificate

Give the gift of lasting memories with a photo session gift certificate. Contact me for more information.  

• Please bring gift certificate the day of your session. 

• Gift certificate must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, exchanged or substituted, whether in cash or otherwise.  

Booking Your Session

• Please make an initial deposit of 50 CHF and send me the completed booking form to reserve your spot. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your photo session.  

• Available in Canton Zug and surrounding areas. A travel fee will be applied when traveling outside Canton Zug.

After your Session

• Within 5 to 10 business days I will review all images taken during the photo session and will remove blurry, improperly exposed and other images that do not meet the standard of Liuva Roost photo and design. The remaining images will be color corrected.  After I will send you a link to your digital gallery to view your proofs and select your favorite images as per the package that you selected. 

• For your security and privacy the gallery link will be password protected.

• Once you have chosen your favorite pictures, and I will do the final edits of your photos that will be ready within 5 to 10 business days. You will get another link for you to download your photos.  

• Additional digital photographs can be purchased for 20 CHF each.  Payment for additional photographs must be made in advance.

• I do not provide or sale RAW or unedited images. 

• I do not offer printing services.

Payment

• Your payment can be made by bank transfer, TWINT: 079 786 91 53  or cash. 

Cancellation and Refund:  ​

• Non-attendance at an appointment will result in the forfeiture of the CHF 50 deposit fee.

• Cancellations must be made by phone or text message to 079 786 91 53.

• The 50 CHF deposit will be fully refunded within five business days or can be credited towards a future session if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the booking date or if the booking is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

• The deposit can be credited towards a future session for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking date.

• You will receive a call or text from me latest on the morning of your photo shoot in case your outdoor session needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather. 

• Please note that I do not grant any refund once you have looked at the proofs and chosen your favorite images.

• In the unlikely event that digital photographs have been lost or damaged for reasons within or beyond the photographer’s control, photographer’s liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the package or offer a reshoot. 

• Publishing images:  

• A photo release form will be sent and photos will only be shared with clients permission.  

• Photos are only used to promote my work on my portfolio website, social media and other print publications or digital communications.  

• Clients will not be identified by their full name on any set materials.

Indoor Corona virus safety guidelines:​

• Please take off your shoes and wash your hands when you arrive.

• Bathroom, props will be cleaned and disinfected before and after photoshoot.

• If anyone is showing any symptoms of illness, the session needs to be rescheduled.
